Guttery paid $679,000 for the property in Feb. 2006. The 4,080-square-foot house was built in 1980.

Guttery is a director of Washington studies and analysis at Boeing.

Previously, she worked in IDS-Puget Sound systems engineering at Boeing and was a reliability engineer at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.

She received his B.S. in aerospace engineering from Auburn University (1983) and an M.B.A. from Georgia Southern University (1990).

There were 408 sales in Federal Way in 2008, with a median sales price of $265,975.
