Martin G. Bean and Mary Bean have listed for sale their five-bedroom, three-bath home at 1 Crescent Key in Bellevue for $2.65 million.
The Beans paid $2,179,082 for the property in March 2006. The 5,190-square-foot house was built in 1975. Frank Pietromonaco is the listing agent for the home.
Mr. Bean has been a general manager of worldwide education strategy, products and solutions at the Microsoft Corp. He has more than 18 years of experience in training and education and has held executive management positions in organizations including AIESEC International, Novell, Sylvan Learning Systems and Thomson Learning.
He has also presented to the U.S. Senate on behalf of the Technology Workforce Coalition, and moderated a town hall meeting for former President George W. Bush. In addition, he was also a board member of Jobs for America's Graduates, the chair of the CompTIA Public Policy Committee and the president of AIESEC International.
There were 625 home sales in Bellevue in 2008, with a median sales price of $499,950.
