Adrian and Sandra Beltre sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 811 Windsor Drive S.E. in Sammamish to Wei Guo, Dandan Zhang and Yuling Wei for $1.678 million on July 15.

The 5,950-square-foot home was built in 1999 in the Sammamish East neighborhood.

Beltre is a third baseman for the Seattle Mariners and a winner of the Silver Slugger award and has been ranked second place in the National League MVP voting. He was also a Gold Glove award winner in 2007 and 2008.

He began his career in the major league with the Los Angeles Dodgers, where he played third base. Before the 2005 season, he joined the Mariners as a free agent. During that season he hit .276 and had 26 homeruns, 99 RBI and a career-high 41 doubles.

There were 675 home sales in Sammamish with a median sales price of $617,500.
