Engineering manager buys in Southwest Seattle

Anthony J. Brusco bought a four-bedroom, one-bath home at 4702 45th Ave. S.W. in Southwest Seattle from Michael and Rita Kaiser for $513,000 on Oct. 13.
The 1,160-square-foot home was built in 1908 in the Central Park subdivision.
Brusco is an engineering manager at the Seattle office of Hines, an international real estate firm.
He previously worked as a machinist mate for the Department of Defense.
He holds an A.S. in applied marine technologies from Olympic College.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 724 sales in Southwest Seattle during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $342,000.
