Gregory D. Gudorf and Cheryl A. Gudorf have listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 7947 Lakeview Lane in Mecer Island for $1.695 million.

The Gudorfs acquired the house for $1.44 million in Oct. 2005. The 4,440-square-foot house in the Mercer Island South neighborhood was built in 1988. Michael Killmer of Century 21 is the listing agent for the house.

Mr. Gudorf is chief executive officer and chief operating officer for Digeo.

He previously was vice president of television marketing for Sony Electronics.

He is a graduate of Antioch University and received his M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.

Ms. Gudorf is director of finance at AdmitOne Security.

She previously worked at a local accounting firm in San Diego, Calif. She also was chief financial officer for AlphaNet Telecom and an auditor for Ernst & Young in both San Diego and Dayton, Ohio.

She received her B.S. in business from Wright State University. She is a certified public accountant and a certified management accountant.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 130 sales in Mercer Island during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $765,000.
