Lawyer settles in Sammamish 3BD

Victor Ro and Susan Ro bought a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 21125 N.E. 18th St. in Sammamish from Rodney A. Rowen for $353,000 on Nov. 18.
The 1,460-square-foot house in Shannonwood subdivision was built in 1982 in the Sammamish West neighborhood.
Mr. Ro is a member of the Ro Law Firm and practices criminal law.
He has assisted the law firms Paul Hastings and Munger, Tolles and Olson. He has also worked with JPMorgan and Merrill Lynch.
He received his B.S. from the University of California-Berkeley, an M.A. from the University of Miami and a J.D. from Albany Law School.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 393 home sales in Sammamish during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $530,000.
