Caitlin Dundon, Judith Dundon and Randall Woods bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 9747 First Ave. N.W. in Greenwood from Sam Kwong Wong for $385,000 on Nov. 19.
The 1,790-square-foot house in the Greenwood subdivision was built in 1995.
Caitlin Dundon is a Seattle-based artist and calligrapher and the owner of One Heart Studio, a specialty shop maker of bridesmaid gifts, wedding gifts, custom boxes, custom picture frames and custom paintings.
Her works have appeared in Letter Arts magazine, Seattle magazine, Seattle Business Monthly, Seattle Bride, Manhattan Bride and The Frye Art Museum. She also is the author of the children's book The Yellow Umbrella, which was named as Pick of the Lists by the American Bookseller's Association.
She received a B.S. in graphic design from Syracuse University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 76 home sales in Greenwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $314,675.
