Microsoft product manager picks 3BD in University District

Medium 776cc3c7341d67f31499d2866633504d Isabella Carniato and Andrew Ely Ryder bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 4114 36th Ave. N.E. in Seattle's University District from Jeffrey A. Christianson and Janee R. Christianson for $985,000 on Nov. 20.

The 3,180-square-foot house was built in 1946.

Carniato has been incubation product manager for CSMP at Microsoft. She was hired by the company in 1999.

She attended the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada, with a degree in architecture and political science.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 232 home sales in Seattle's University District during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $521,000.
