Timothy Frommer bought a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 1419 25th Ave. in Seattle's Central District from Jennifer Kentta and Laurel Davis for $432,000 on Dec. 4.
The 2,140-square-foot property sold for $420,000 in Nov. 2007. It was built in 1908 in the subdivision of Rengstorffs JH.
Frommer is a category manager in digital strategy at Starbucks Coffee Co.
He previously was account supervisor at DDB Seattle. Prior to that, he was marketing manager of online continuing legal education at Law.com. He also has been self-employed as a marketing consultant and was a marketing manager for audience development at Red Herring, and a circulation and marketing director at the San Francisco Business Times.
He received a B.A. in history from the University of Notre Dame and an M.A. in Russian literature from New York University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 355 home sales in Seattle's Central District in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $394,500.
