Skinner is an attorney at the Seattle-based law firm Helsell Fetterman LLP. She focuses her practice on health law and tort defense.

She received a B.A. from the University of Colorado, an M.A. from the University of Washington and a J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law.

Gousen is a landscape artist.

She previously worked as a landscape architecture design group administrator at MIG Inc. She also was a child and maternal health volunteer in the U.S. Peace Corps in Morocco.

She received a B.A. in sociology from The College of Wooster and is working on her master's degree in landscape architecture at the University of Washington-Seattle.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 89 home sales in Fremont during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $399,250.
