Takasaki acquired the house for $290,000 in Jan. 2008. The 1,470-square-foot house was built in 1915 in the Parishs subdivision.

Ms. Takasaki serves as a leasing agent at Ironwood Brokerage and a property manager at Ironwood Investments. She formerly worked as project assistant at SGA Corp.

She attended the University of Washington.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 89 home sales in North Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $414,750.
