Mary Granen of Windermere Real Estate is the agent for the property. The 2,500-square-foot house was built in 1965 in the Sawyers subdivision. The Brownings paid $562,000 for the property in June 2006.

Mr. Browning is a member of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, where he serves as a policy and advocacy officer.
