She also was a restaurant critic for the Seattle Post-Intelligencer and the Phoenix New Times and a restaurant columnist for The Arizona Republic.

She received her B.A. in American government from Smith College, her M.F.A. in creative writing from Arizona State University and her M.B.A. in marketing from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.

Gils-Carbo is a communications manager at Avanade, a multinational information technology consulting and software company headquartered in Seattle. She joined Avanade in 2003 as a communications specialist.

She received a B.A. in English literature from the University of California-San Diego and an M.A. in English from the University of Washington.

Regulski is a research meteorologist with the mesoscale analysis and forecasting group in the Department of Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Washington.

He received a B.S. in astronomy and an M.S. in atmospheric sciences from San Diego State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 38 home sales in Seward Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $465,250.
