Real estate lawyer relists Magnolia 6BD for $1.95M

Medium 3eaf65d8ee9fe23b219bc949986061aa John C. McCullough Jr. and Sandra L. Cole McCullough have relisted a six-bedroom, 3.25-bath home at 2807 W. Viewmont Way W. in Magnolia for $1.95 million.

The 4,590-square-foot house was built in 1928 in Magnolia. It is located in the Magnolia subdivision. The McCulloughs originally listed the home with Coldwell Banker Bain for $2.395 million in 2010. He took the home off the market and relisted it at the present price on August 31. Carol Ard of Windermere Real Estate/Wall Street, Inc. is the current listing agent.
