Former Microsoft finance exec selling in Sammamish

Sylvie and Jean Dubray have listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 25409 N.E. Third Place in Sammamish for $750,000.

Debbie Kinson of Windermere Real Estate is the agent for the listing. The Dubrays paid $569,000 for the 3,190-square-foot property in Feb. 2004, a year after it was built in the Muirifeld subdivision.

Ms. Dubray is founder and vice president at Integral Reporting.

She previously held a variety of roles in finance management at the MBD division of Microsoft. She also worked for Network Solutions at NMS Communications.

She has a degree in finance and accounting from Groupe Ecole superieure de Commerce et de Management.

Mr. Dubray is director of advisory services at MomentumSI, a provider of information technology consulting services.

He most recently was an editor at InfoQ.com. He earlier was an software architect at the Praxeme Institute, SAP Labs, Attachmate, Eigner, eXcelon Corp., NEC and Sapient. He also worked at HRL Laboratories and at Riber.

He attended the University of Provence Aix-Marseille, Ecole centrale de Lyon and Lycee Condorcet.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 402 home sales in Sammamish during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $530,000.
