Abbas Kurawarwala and Janelle Shin bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1555 25th Ave. N.E. in Issaquah from Greacen Construction Inc. for $725,000 on Aug. 31.

The 3,575-square-foot house was built in 2006 in Issaquah Highlands.

Kurawarwala is the president at CitiusTech, a technology and business services provider to healthcare technology companies. He previously was the vice president at Certus and a senior director at i2 Technologies. Earlier, he served as assistant professor at Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 415 homes sales in Issaquah during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $375,000.
