The 3,600-square-foot house was built in 1956 in Bitter Lake. It is located in the Elford Park subdivision.

Stephen Hunt serves as non-executive chairman of the board at Lansen Pharmaceutical Holdings Co Ltd. He also serves as deputy chairman and non-executive director at Cathay International Holdings Limited.

He previously worked as managing director with Aliant Capital, an investment firm. He has also served as senior vice president and area general manager at Bank of America in Hong Kong.

He holds a bachelor's degree from Duke University and received a master's degree in international affairs from Columbia University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 181 home sales in Bitter Lake during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $390,000.
